Family Scooter Giveaway Terms and Conditions

MADD GEAR Australia - Family Scooter Giveaway.

1. Promoter
MG Distributors Australia Pty Ltd (ABN [72 679 692 641]), trading as MADD GEAR Australia.

2. Eligibility
Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period
Starts 11/09/2025 and ends 11.59pm 19/10/2025 (AEST/AEDT).

4. How to Enter
Participants must enter to win via https://www.maddgear.com.au/pages/family-scooter-giveaway 

5. Prize(s)
Winners may choose any (2) MADD Gear Metro Cruise 250 scooters & any (2) MADD Gear MG4 Titan Scooters. The items selected by the winner must show in stock on www.maddgear.com.au Delivery within Australia will be included. No pickups.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or private bags.  
There is one prize that contains 4 scooters to be won.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be part of a randomised draw on the 20th October 2025.

Winner will be notified via email.

The winner must respond within 5 business days to redeem their prize, or a new winner may be selected.

7. Prize Conditions
Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
If prize unavailable, a substitute prize of equal or greater value may be provided.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants consent to the Promoter using their name and entry for promotional purposes without compensation.

9. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that tamper with the entry process or violate these terms.
Multiple entries from the same email, Email’s with “+” signs in them or any emails that try to “spam” or “flood” the competition will be disqualified. 

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The Promoter is not responsible for loss or damage arising from participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
