Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 2–7 business days. Please allow extra time during peak holiday periods.

We use StarTrack and Australia Post. Be sure to include your email and mobile number at checkout to receive tracking updates.

No, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a full street address at checkout.

All our packages are sent with Authority to Leave. If you won't be home for the delivery and don't trust the package being left at the property, we recommend sending to a work address or to an Aus Post depot

If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, a redelivery fee will apply.

Your scooter will be securely packed for transit and arrive in a clearly labelled box.
