We offer $9.99 shipping for orders over $100, to the following METRO areas:
Brisbane | Sydney | Melbourne | Adelaide | Perth
For orders under $100, or for addresses outside of these metro areas, we charge a flat rate of $20.
Bulky items will include a bulky shipping charge calculated at checkout. You will see the final freight rate before payment.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 2–7 business days. Please allow extra time during peak holiday periods.
We use StarTrack and Australia Post. Be sure to include your email and mobile number at checkout to receive tracking updates.
No, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a full street address at checkout.
If you tick "authority to leave," ensure there's a safe spot for the package. If not, the parcel won't be left and a card will indicate where to collect it.
If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, a redelivery fee will apply.
Your scooter will be securely packed for transit and arrive in a clearly labelled box.
