Shipping & Returns

We offer FREE FREIGHT AUSTRALIA WIDE - for all Metro Orders* within Bris/NSW/Mel/Adl/Perth for all orders over $100.

  • If you fall outside a metro area - a freight rate will be displayed at checkout. We offer a FLAT 'postage and handling fee' of $20 to our non Metro customers. 
  • Any order under $100 incur a postage and handling charge of $10.95 Australia wide - please note. 
  • We utilize Star Track to send our freight. 
  • If an order is received on the any business day before 12pm AEST, then it is processed/dispatched same day. After 12pm - orders are processed the following business day. 
  • Weekends DO NOT count as transit days. 
  • The majority of our items are shipped from our Brisbane warehouse and we also have certain amount of stock kept at our Victorian warehouse to ship out (customs are shipped out of our Vic Warehouse and 'Click and Collect' can be arranged).  
  • The majority of our freight takes 2-7 working days for delivery pending on your location, peak season times and environmental, Covid19 delays.  
  • By providing us with your email/mobile phone number - we are able to send your tracking update so you can trace your freight every step of the way until it's delivered. You'll receive you own connote no which can be used to tracked via the link provided to you. 
  • Please note that due to 'contactless deliveries' occurring Australia wide (and in the interest of couriers and customers safety), all freight is currently being left (where safe/secure to do so) WITHOUT 'signatures on delivery' required.

OUR 30 DAY RETURNS POLICY. You may return any product you have purchased to us (buyers postage expense, non-refundable), that is not faulty, in its original condition (unused) within 30 days from the date it was purchased and receive a refund
