CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CUT OFF DATES 2023:
We want you to receive your goods in time to give them to someone special. Please see the below dates we advise having purchased by. Please note although we try our utmost, once the goods are onboard, we cannot control delivery times.

- Free Freight to metropolitan areas within Bris/Syd/Mel/Adl/Perth for all orders over $100.
- Orders Under $100 a $20 flat fee applies.
- All Non-Metropolitan customers a flat $20 fee is applied
We utilize Star Track to send our freight.
If an order is received on the any business day before 12pm AEST, then it is processed/dispatched same day. After 12pm - orders are processed the following business day.
Our carrier does not deliver to PO boxes, please provide a full address at checkout.
Weekends do not count as transit days.
Our items are shipped from our Brisbane warehouse. Freight can take 2-7 working days for delivery depending on your location and seasonality.
By providing us with your email/mobile phone number - we are able to send you your tracking update so you can trace your freight every step of the way until it's delivered. You'll receive you own connote number which can be used to tracked via the link provided to you.
Please note that due to 'contactless deliveries' occurring Australia wide (and in the interest of couriers and customers safety), all freight is currently being left (where safe/secure to do so) WITHOUT 'signatures on delivery' required.

30 DAY RETURNS POLICY:
You may return any product you have purchased to us (buyers postage expense, non-refundable), that is not faulty, in its original condition (unused) within 30 days from the date it was purchased and receive a refund
