Shipping Policy

We offer $9.99 shipping for orders over $100, to the following METRO areas:

Brisbane | Sydney | Melbourne | Adelaide | Perth

For orders under $100, and for customers living outside of the above metro areas there is a freight rate charge of $20.

Bulky items will include a bulky shipping charges & this will be calculated at checkout.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Before ‘check out’, a freight rate will display based on your postcode. This will be added to your order total.

If an order is received on any business day before 12pm AEST, then we aim to process/dispatch same day.

After 12pm and on weekends - orders are processed the following business day. Depending on your location, goods usually take between 2-7 working days. Please note that seasonality and peak holiday times can impact this.

Your scooter will come adequately packed for transit and in its very own labelled box.

We use StarTrack and AUS Post – we ask that you include your email and mobile details at checkout so you can receive tracking updates.

Freight Protection

Freight Protection is an optional service customers can add at checkout.
Eligibility: Lost, damaged, or stolen item status must first be confirmed by our freight partners before any replacement or refund is actioned.
In-Transit Deliveries: If items are still within the courier’s delivery window (e.g. making their way to you), we will not resend, as the shipment is deemed in transit.
Replacement/Refund:
Every effort will be made to replace the item with the same product.
During peak trading periods, if the identical product is not available, we may offer a similar item of equal value or a refund.
Duplicate Deliveries: If the original package is later delivered to you in addition to any reshipped items, you are obligated to make the duplicate item available for courier collection and return to our warehouse. This will be arranged with you.
