Freight Costs

Freight costs start from:

  • Metro areas: from $11.99

  • Outside metro areas: from $20.00

  • Bulky items: from $20.00

  • Orders under $100: freight starts from $20.00

Freight is calculated based on item size and delivery location, so just add all items to your cart and enter your address so you can see the total charge before you commit to purchase.

PO BOX Deliveries

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Click and Collect

Unfortunately we do not offer 'click and collect' or pick up direct from our warehouse.

Order Dispatch
If an order is received on any business day before 12pm AEST, then we aim to process/dispatch same day.

Order received after 12pm and on weekends - are processed the following business day.
NOTE these timeframes may change during peak sale periods such as Black Friday.

Order Delivery Timeframes
Depending on your location, goods usually take between 2-7 working days to most areas (orders to WA outside of Perth Metro can take up to 14 business days to arrive.)

Please note that seasonality and peak holiday times can impact these delivery timeframes.  

Packaging

Your scooter will come adequately packed for transit and in its very own labelled box.

Couriers

We use StarTrack or AUS Post – we ask that you include your email and mobile details at checkout so you can receive tracking updates.  As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a notification with the tracking details for your order.

Freight Protection

Freight Protection is an optional service customers can add at checkout.

  • Eligibility: Lost, damaged, or stolen item status must first be confirmed by our freight partners before any replacement or refund is actioned.
  • In-Transit Deliveries: If items are still within the courier’s delivery window (e.g. making their way to you), we will not resend, as the shipment is deemed in transit.
  • Where a customer has recorded an incorrect delivery address we will not be liable for redirection responsibility or delays. We will not resend, as the shipment is deemed to have been processed as per the customer order input.

Replacement/Refund:

  • Every effort will be made to replace the item with the same product.
  • During peak trading periods, if the identical product is not available, we may offer a similar item of equal value or a refund.
  • Duplicate Deliveries: If the original package is later delivered to you in addition to any reshipped items, you are obligated to make the duplicate item available for courier collection and return to our warehouse. This will be arranged with you.
