Freight is calculated based on item size and delivery location. Add items to your cart and enter your address to see the exact charge before you commit to purchase.

Orders received on a business day before 11am AEST begin processing in our Sydney logistics warehouse. We aim to dispatch the same day.

Timeframes may change during high order volumes and peak sale periods such as Black Friday.
  • Most locations: 2–7 working days after dispatch
  • WA outside Perth Metro: up to 14 working days
Seasonality and peak holiday periods can impact Australia Post delivery timeframes.

Your scooter arrives securely packed in its own labelled box. Scooters are sent individually — check your tracking to manage receipt of multiple items.

You'll receive a tracking notification as soon as your order is dispatched. Your tracking link shows the estimated delivery date and status.

If Australia Post can't find a suitable spot at your address, they may take the package to the local post shop for collection. Your tracking link will advise if this happens. If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, a redelivery fee will apply. If you choose to not have it redelivered, the original freight and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

An optional service you can add at checkout. Key conditions:

  • Lost, damaged, or stolen status must be confirmed by our freight partners before any replacement or refund is actioned.
  • Items still in transit will not be resent — the shipment is considered in progress.
  • Incorrect delivery addresses are the customer's responsibility; we will not resend. If your parcel is returned to us, a redelivery fee will apply. If you choose to not have it redelivered, the original freight and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • We'll always try to replace with the same product. If unavailable during peak periods, a similar item of equal value or refund may be offered.
  • If the original package is later delivered after a reship, you must make the duplicate available for courier collection.
