1. Promoter
MG Distributors Australia Pty Ltd (ABN [72 679 692 641]), trading as MADD GEAR Australia.

2. Eligibility
Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Promotional Period
Starts 09/05/2025 and ends 30/05/2025 (AEST/AEDT).

4. How to Enter
Participants must:
•    Enter to win via https://www.maddgear.com.au/pages/giveaway-may 

5. Prize(s)
•    Winners may choose any (1) (singular) scooter that is currently available on www.maddgear.com.au 
•    Delivery within Australia will be included. No pickups.
•    We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or private bags.  
•    There are 5 instant prizes to be won. 

6. Winner Selection and Notification
•    The “instant win” offer will send emails to winners within 24 hours. 
•    Winner must respond within 5 business days or a new winner may be selected.

7. Prize Conditions
•    Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
•    If prize unavailable, a substitute prize of equal or greater value may be provided.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants consent to the Promoter using their name and entry for promotional purposes without compensation.

9. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that tamper with the entry process or violate these terms.
Multiple entries from the same email, Email’s with “+” signs in them or any emails that try to “spam” or “flood” the competition will be disqualified.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The Promoter is not responsible for loss or damage arising from participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
