Madd Gear products are imported in planned shipments, which means select items are occasionally available for pre-order while we wait on incoming stock. Pre-ordering allows you to secure your item ahead of time — particularly useful for popular products that sell out quickly.

Pre-Orders

I've placed a pre-order — what happens next?

If your item was listed as pre-order at the time of purchase, it means stock is currently in transit or not yet available for dispatch. Once your order has been picked and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

When will my pre-order arrive?

Estimated arrival timeframes into our Sydney warehouse are listed on the product page. Shipping and customs timelines can shift — we update the product listing as information comes to hand.

My order includes both in-stock and pre-order items — will they arrive together?

No. In-stock items will be dispatched as soon as possible. Pre-order items will ship separately once stock arrives at our Sydney warehouse. You'll receive separate shipping confirmations with tracking for each.

Delayed Dispatch

What is delayed dispatch?

Items subject to delayed dispatch will be marked on the product listing. During high-demand periods, some items may take up to one week to leave our Sydney warehouse. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.
