We offer freight costs starting from:
Metro areas: from $13.99
Outside metro areas: from $21.99
Bulky items: from $26.99
Orders under $100: freight starts from $21.99
Freight is calculated based on item size and delivery location, so just add all items to your cart and enter your address so you can see the total charge before you commit to purchase.
PO BOX Deliveries and Pick Up Orders
We do not deliver to PO Boxes; or offer Pick up/Click and collect.
Order Dispatch
If an order is received on any business day before 11am AEST, then we aim to process/dispatch same day.
Orders received after 11am and on weekends - will begin processing the following business day. NOTE these timeframes are subject to change due to order volume, or during peak sales periods periods such as Black Friday. Order Delivery Timeframes Once dispatched and depending on your location, goods usually take between 2-7 working days to most areas (orders to WA outside of Perth Metro can take up to 14 business days to arrive.) Please note that seasonality and peak holiday times can impact these delivery timeframes with Australia Post.
Couriers
We use AUS Post – we ask that you include your email and mobile details at checkout so you can receive tracking updates. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a notification with the tracking details for your order. Please check your tracking link for updates on your package(s) as it will let you know the estimated delivery date, and status of the delivery. On delivery, AUS Post may take the package back to their local post shop for collection from there if they deem there is not an appropriate spot for the package to be left at your property. Your tracking link will let you know if thats the case, and the process for collection. If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, a redelivery fee will apply. If you choose to not have it redelivered, the original freight and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Freight Protection
Freight Protection is an optional service customers can add at checkout.
Eligibility: Lost, damaged, or stolen item status must first be confirmed by our freight partners before any replacement or refund is actioned. Incorrect delivery addresses are the customer's responsibility; we will not resend. If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, a redelivery fee will apply. If you choose to not have it redelivered, the original freight and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
In-Transit Deliveries: If items are still within the courier’s delivery window (e.g. making their way to you), we will not resend, as the shipment is deemed in transit.
Replacement/Refund:
Every effort will be made to replace the item with the same product.
During peak trading periods, if the identical product is not available, we may offer a similar item of equal value or a refund.
Duplicate Deliveries: If the original package is later delivered to you in addition to any reshipped items, you are obligated to make the duplicate item available for courier collection and return to our warehouse. This will be arranged with you.
